Biographical profile
Mr. Imfeld is a former business partner of Spencer Scheer and is affiliated with SLG in an “of counsel” capacity. Mr. Imfeld has practiced law in both Northern and Southern California, specializing in civil litigation, for over 25 years. Mr. Imfeld has represented lenders and other clients in a wide variety of matters including trustee sale related litigation, title insurance, zoning, real estate and broker litigation.
Mr. Imfeld is a graduate of Ohio State University (B.A., cum laude, 1972) and the University of California, Hastings College of Law (San Francisco, J.D. 1977). Mr. Imfeld served as Judicial Extern to the Honorable Joseph Kennedy and went on after graduation to serve as a Judicial Staff Attorney with the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District (1977-1979). Mr. Imfeld is admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and all California State and Federal Courts.
