Critical SLG Client Alert: Reminder: Mandatory Mortgage Mediation Program in N. Dist. of CA, Effective August 1

Update: This is a reminder that the Mandatory Mortgage Mediation Program in the N. District of CA went into effect on Monday.  If you are notified that you are subject to mandatory mediation (notice will be to the lender directly via Notice of an Entry of Order served by the Debtor or Debtor’s counsel by certified mail and regular mail), you must respond promptly and do the following:

• Register to participate in the MMM with the Court vendor on the Court’s website.
• Designate your counsel to represent you.
• Call SLG if you have any questions on the process.
