Mr. Seigel is an associate attorney at SLG. Mr. Seigel graduated from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) (B.A. 1984). Mr. Seigel earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of San Francisco Law School, San Francisco, CA (1993).

Mr. Seigel has a diversified background in real estate finance, transaction and litigation work. Mr. Seigel worked as real estate litigation and transaction counsel for over eight years, handling jury and non-jury trials, including appellate work. Taking his legal experience to the business world, Mr. Seigel worked as in-house counsel for the Lembi Group (2004-2007), a multi-million dollar real estate developer in San Francisco. While working for the Lembi Group, he focused on the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, acquisition financing for unstabilized properties and 1031 exchanges.

Mr. Seigel handles real estate transaction and litigation work for SLG, including lender and broker fraud litigation, and document review and preparation.
