Evan J. Wynns

Mr. Wynns handles real estate litigation, contract matters, and unlawful detainers for SLG. A native of San Francisco, he has also lived in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Japan. Before beginning his legal career, he worked as a language teacher, translator, travel writer, and chef.

Mr. Wynns began his practice in natural resources and environmental law, working with regulatory agencies on clean energy and land use, before transitioning into real estate law. He is a seasoned courtroom and advisory attorney with experience in contract negotiations, commercial and residential leases, law and motion, administrative proceedings, and housing matters throughout California.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Wynns enjoys cooking, reading, kayaking, working with rescue dogs, and coaching his son’s baseball team.
