Danielle Chaidez

Danielle Chaidez obtained her juris doctorate from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. Danielle finished in the top third of her class in 2021, passed the California bar exam, and launched her legal career practicing family law and subsequently, landlord tenant law.

Since beginning her practice, Danielle has been an active litigator, handling numerous trials, including jury trials, settlement conferences, and law and motion matters. She brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to advocacy and is committed to achieving efficient and effective outcomes for her clients.

Danielle developed a focus on landlord-tenant law after witnessing her grandfather, a small California landlord and one of her greatest influences, navigate the challenges and complexities of eviction proceedings. This experience motivated her to focus her legal practice on helping landlords and property owners navigate California’s constantly evolving landlord-tenant landscape.

During law school, Danielle also developed a strong passion for advocacy and client support. As a member of the Advanced Protective Order Clinic, she gained hands-on experience assisting individuals through complex legal processes, further strengthening her commitment to thoughtful, client-centered representation.

Danielle will be working in SLG’s litigation department, focusing on unlawful detainer and other civil matters.
