Subject: SLG Welcomes Timothy Silverman to SLG!!
Timothy J. Silverman is an attorney with the Scheer Law Group, LLP (“SLG”). Although a recent addition to the firm, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. Prior to coming to work at SLG, Mr. Silverman was a founding shareholder of Solomon, Grindle, Silverman & Wintringer, where he worked for over 21 years, 15 years as the managing shareholder. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated Lawyer.
Tim graduated from Duke University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Mr. Silverman earned his degree of Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law where he graduated cum laude.
Since 1989, Tim has specialized in the representation and defense of financial institutions and mortgage companies, including:
- All aspects of bankruptcy, creditor’s rights,
- Commercial as well as consumer litigation, secured transactions, Uniform Commercial Code matters, equipment leasing and real property litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts
- Mr. Silverman also specializes in the representation of financial institutions which emphasize Small Business Administration (SBA) lending.
Tim will be working in the SLG Orange County office with Josh Scheer. I like that.
